The name is bugged in 2.8, it's just called advisor_kerrigan instead of something like StarCraft: Kerrigan

buy utopia for hive minds, hive mind advisor is locked behind synthetic dawn, makes perfect sense

because for some reason synthetic dawn adds shit load of advisers, that should've been vanilla, or utopia at least
