Report a translation problem
I know. Often we happen to be in admin mode when testing mods we are making. If you do that, you may not realize that you overlooked giving the player a recipe - because it was available to you.
But most players don't play in admin mode, so they won't have it if you overlook the recipe.

I've made that mistake before. Since I typically test things in admin mode, and so don't realize I forgot to give the recipe.
There is probably no mod on the workshop that doesn't have downvotes though. Don't sweat it.
