Unfortunately no, as the map is 3 years old, the brush has been lost. Reflecting back on it, I should've put the brushes used on all my maps into the descriptions as it's a really useful tool to alter the map more to your liking by painting more forestry, and having the same mix is vital to have a seamless look. I will make sure to include any and all brush settings in my future work. Glad to hear you like the map :)
If anyone got issues with trains not spawning, i think it is due to the node at the outside connection, when using long(er) models.

If they spawn at the bottom, they can't change to the right lane f.E. .
Just drag the node to the left, so your trains got enough space to spawn and then use the switch.
I assume you don't have the same issue with the same roads on other maps? As if switching themes does not have an effect, it might be due to the base theme of the map (the one that is listed on the map launch window, where you click to play it) remains the same even if you switch the theme with for example theme mixer.
It could be due to some relight setttings too, although I've never really dabbled extensively with it so I can't really tell. Last idea is to try switching anti-aliasing on/off and see if it has any effects.
To answer directly to your question, I honestly have no idea what's causing it. Hopefully these tips help with the troubleshooting and finding a solution.

Generally the NullRef error can usually be completely ignored if everything seems to work normally. I hope this helps!

I am not well versed in mod conflict so where should I start to diagnose this? All I wanted to do is to add another rail connection and some water source in the middle of the peninsula.
If, however, you'd still like the map to have fewer trees, you could always load the map up in the map editor yourself and erase the trees you wish to remove and save the map as a new map for your own use. This way you'll have the same end result as if I were to upload a different version with fewer trees :) I hope this helps

To put it short, it's mainly shellfish and anchovy. A hint of salmon can be seen in the rivers but the rivers are quite small and I'd suppose they're too small for fishing. So it's basically just shellfish and a little bit of anchovy, i.e. 2/4 fish types are featured.
