I am monitoring two students and they do not seem to have any increase in education. Standing still on 1.58. Is it a bug or are is the game mechaninc such as they will suddenly increase some time in the future?

Wonderful! But Please can you change the textures of roof? Im a big fan of your works, they are awesome! but almost alll roofs are too different from those in vanilla, thats why when I build city threre is too much contrast, it makes my inner perfectionist crazy.
