While you're looking at sorting out the flipped texture, you may want to spell 'LOGISTICS' properly! ;-)

f one side is flipped, you'll just need to flip the text/decals for that side horizontally or vertically, easily done in PS

however

if one side is flipped and they share the same space, then you'll need a new UV map and bake the existing textures to the new UV map
