Yes, DPS is not a hard requirement, but if you use it, this mod configures what can be placed there.

The description says that you have included a pluting for Dedicated Pistol Slot. Does that mean that Dedicated Pistol Slot is NOT a requirement, but it will use Dedicated Pistol Slot if available?
