found a solution!

all you need to do is delete the common folder since it contains the outdated defines folder, until officially updated, this is how you're gonna get the mod to work on 1.11 now

2.open constants.fxh with Notepad
3.find
static const float GB_STRENGTH_CH1 = 0.5;
and change to 0.7
this will make countries color more clear
