It is written also about softwares to download.
This guide is for weapons but almost same for skins.
You can find witch textures in "materials\models\infected\witch" directory by using GCFScape.

Ok that's pretty hard for me to understand but what i mean is how do i make my own witch by recoloring it and changing the hair color and im pretty unsure what to download

I say simply. Get witch skin textrure by GCFScape form L4D2 data. Change color by Photoshop. Convet it to MOD archive.

There are many informaino about creation of L4D2 MOD on WEB. It is better to read them than my explanation. Please search them.

what map is that
