@turtles4life84 Thanks. Ah yes casa means house . In real life this house is a hostel and its patio has too much tris may affect performance so I made an unique building. I will release some more familiar looking casa as low res in the future.

Wow. Beautiful building. But why is this not a low residential? "Casa" means "house", isn't it?

The plant with the long red leaves - it looks something like a Phormium from New Zealand (although it isn't) - I badly want such a plant for a New Zealand build. What asset is it?

@notDONEyet It do have a color map but the basic color is yellow , so it can't be changed into white . I can make a clear white vision for you.
