Report a translation problem
If you find something you think is a bug, make a note of exactly what you were doing at the time, what other mods you were using, etc. If you can provide reproduction steps, that will help. I can't fix a bug that I can't see happen.
Though again, I don't think this is a bug. It simply sounds like something detonated a bomb when you were too close...
And, uh, fifth? I'm not a guy.
It patches the name of Link's 'Hero' items to correspond with what they were called in Ocarina of Time.
For example, the Hero's Shield will become the Hylian Shield. The Hero's Sword will become the Master Sword. Etc.
It's for those who would prefer traditional names, over a uniform naming convention.
