Hmm, strange since I haven't had any issues with it... I'm not sure how I can help you but have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the addon yet? If it prompts you to replace textures, select "Yes to All" to prevent possible texture issues.

Turns out the merging the AC:NH addons could have created SFM updating issues that can result in a crash on launch. SFM could try to update all of my addons you are subscribed to and result in an overload. There is currently no known solution for this but a potential solution could be unsubscribing from all of my addons, running SFM, then resubscribing to them afterwards. If a known solution is discovered, it will be commented on every one of my SFM addons.

Strange, I think the guys who made the Raymond model had a similar issue, do you get a prompt to replace files? If so, you might be able to fix it by reinstalling and selecting "Yes to All" when it prompts you on if you want to replace some texture files (probably just the cubemaps). I had this issue with Marshal while testing but fixed it by doing this. I've found that for some reason SFM can overwrite one or several textures with the cubemap texture.

This is great, hope we get more villagers in the future, I personally would like to see squirrel villagers but the models haven't even been uploaded to Models Resource yet.
No matter if you upload more villagers or not, having Bob on SFM is already great!

I don't know. I just do what I feel like doing at any given time, so I might or might not follow through with a request, nor will I guarantee that it will take a short amount of time to port.
