right now i am too tired to sit down and to figure the rest out. good luck pardners.
to get the models to work you need to go to source filmmaker than click the games folder, there you make a new folder, you can name it whatever you want but i named mine swatcustom. in your new folder insert the models then run SFM under source SDK, click add/edit mod. then select your new folder. this is so that SFM recognizes your file as a mod file.
(side note. you may want to compress the mod into a zip folder and then try this, i do not know if it is neccesary, but I did it anyways and it worked so...)
