I converted the textures using VTFEdit and Photoshop. You can download VTFEdit for free. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/VTFEdit
This bug should be fixed now. Thanks again!
Thank you for your feedback! I haven't noticed this before I will see what I can do about this. Thanks for letting me know.
But other than that great map!
Thank you again for your suggestions! You made your opinoin very clear!
We personally like the HDR lighting and the higher resolution textures. We chose Minecraft Haven to rework because we like the layout, pathing and gameplay of the original map and therefore will not change it. We will adjust the HDR brightness and soundscape settings as we get more feedback and thus a bigger picture of the communities likings. You can always go back to the original version of Minecraft Haven.
Thanks again!
Thank you for your feedback! I suggest you check out the original version of the map if you prefer the vanilla Minecraft textures. We quite like the original map-layout hence why we didn't change it. If you don't like the bright textures turn off "High Dynamic Range" in your advanced video settings, that should do the trick. I can however agree with you that the soundscape isn't optimal on the map. We will maybe use a better fitting one in the next bug fix. Thank you again for your feedback it is always appreciated!
(speaking about the brightness)
- Almost all my players prefer the original textures of Minecraft.
- The echo/wave noises are annoying. They don't like them at all.
- The textures on the map are way too bright. I'd honestly suggest just going back to the original textures of Minecraft.
- The weapons are scattered everywhere. There needs to be more weapons. There isn't enough. They are also in horrible areas.
- The pathing of the map is bad. I suggest making it a lil easier to climb the mountain.
