This uses the organics Keen cteated but never used. As to EDSR no clue never tested or used it.
Armigus 7. feb. 2022 kl. 13:45
EDSR (Eat, Drink, Sleep, Repeat) compatibility? It also adds organics but maybe not the "same" organics.

RUST!!!!! I LOVE IT
Death_Penalty 4. okt. 2021 kl. 16:30
IO Fuel is more a late game fuel where this is more early game. As you did outline above that reuploads were not allowed without permission. which is why I was asking for permission. I understand if you don't wish t give that permission. I will look elsewhere. Thanks
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 4. okt. 2021 kl. 8:40
If I am not mistaken parts of this are already integrated into Industrial Overhaul as they share a common heritage ( Shale oil mod )

And to be clear, NO, you may not re edit and republish in any way, unlisted or otherwise, as we have outlined above.
Death_Penalty 4. okt. 2021 kl. 4:49
Hey Skallabjorn I see you have a Industrial Overhaul compatability for DNSK. Do you have one for this mod too? If not Do you mind if I make a private Modded version using IO components to use on a private server I am looking at making?
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 29. aug. 2021 kl. 11:47
Not for this and DNSK no load order issues.
Valiant Maverick 29. aug. 2021 kl. 11:21
There aren't any notes here about mod load order. Is it important?
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 14. aug. 2021 kl. 8:23
Dont know, never seen that mod before. This was made to work with DNSK.

Use if you like, dont use if you dont, Keen added combustion engines so your comment is kinda moot....
Exavier Hellbrand 4. maj 2021 kl. 11:47
this seems neat and I would use it , but alot of the hydrocarbon fuel mods Do NOT match the current aesthetic of space engineers.
Visentinel  [ophavsmand] 6. mar. 2021 kl. 5:08
Gday :)
Tino 1. mar. 2021 kl. 11:05
OK. That was a bit incomprehensible because English is not my language. I have the Oil Mod on the server from which you have some models. I didn't have the producer. But that was because the oil Mod was in the list before your Mods.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 1. mar. 2021 kl. 10:59
@Tine - read the guide in the description. Blocks you use are named there.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 1. mar. 2021 kl. 10:58
Quite possible, this was made to work with DNSK and not others.
Tino 1. mar. 2021 kl. 9:31
can it be that this mod does not work together with the oil / diesel mod?
Tino 1. mar. 2021 kl. 9:21
How can I turn organic bio fuel into? I can't find a block on this.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 11. feb. 2021 kl. 10:51
k will update it.
Annastasya 11. feb. 2021 kl. 7:52
The server link in your profile says it is invalid or expired. =-(
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 10. feb. 2021 kl. 6:12
Find me on Discord ( see my profile ) to discuss.
Annastasya 9. feb. 2021 kl. 21:36
@Skallabjorn:

On another note, I had an idea on a small possible mini-expansion that would add a sort of "Tier 2" equivalent to the engines. Would you mind if I put together the SBCs to submit to you? (Not posting or sharing it at all, just for you to review and use if you like. Maybe through GoogleDocs, Github or Discord or whatever is secure and easiest for you.)

I can also add in the BlockVariant data and the InventoryFill data (Small engine) and hopefully save you a little work. I am trying to get more into serious modding. It's a lot of fun and if I can cut down on the headache and drudgery for you, while I tinker about, I'd be happy to!
Annastasya 9. feb. 2021 kl. 20:59
That makes sense. I was doing some testing and it's clear that it is directly correlating to the time it takes to produce. I have the world set on x3 speed for the assembler production, which explains why it is splitting it in thirds. =-/

I have never seen the ~0.01 thing before but if I had to take a wild guess I would say it's probably because the assembler use using Steel Plate components like an ingot and I don't think Keen had the foresight to expect people to make mods where you could use only part of a component.

Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly! With what you said, the results I am seeing make much more sense now. =-D
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 9. feb. 2021 kl. 18:41
and the ~0.01 is a long known keen bug never solved.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 9. feb. 2021 kl. 18:40
its due to assembler settings in your world. it does math and changes resources used on ALL assemblers.
Annastasya 9. feb. 2021 kl. 16:23
I'm seeing no issue with draw rates as of 2/9/21.

One thing I have noticed though, since the blueprint has an output of 0.75 BioFuel with 3 Steel Plates in the recipe, the BF Producers aren't taking an even 4 SPs to make 1 BF. SE is doing some weird CommonCore style math that leaves a fraction of a SP left over. "~0.01" When using a large number of producers you end up with tons of these SP fragments all over the inventory. They don't automatically stack. You have to manually gather them up.

Could this maybe be fixed by changing the formula to 1000 Org + 4 SPs = 1 BF @ 2000s ?
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 1. feb. 2021 kl. 18:50
will have a look at the blocks draw rates, love it when Keen changes things
MeyerX 30. jan. 2021 kl. 23:15
Thanks! Running now ...
I was constantly pulling in 4.000 Organics immediately and filled up that way.
Had to disable the conveyor system in order to make space and put some steel plates in.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 30. jan. 2021 kl. 12:56
is it full? Its working fine in the world i have up right now on my pc and on my server(s)
MeyerX 30. jan. 2021 kl. 12:42
So I have connected a Producer via the bottom port to my conveyor network. It did immediately pull in a pile of organics. But it doesnt draw Steel Plates and It doesn't accept me putting some in from my inventory. What could be wrong?
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 19. jan. 2021 kl. 6:23
As it says above and to the right you see DNSK is a dependency, yes it requires it.
Nemui 18. jan. 2021 kl. 23:13
does this mod require daily needs to work or does it work on it's own? I want to use the biofuel generator but I don't want to worry about starving to death at the moment :cgpout:
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 12. jan. 2021 kl. 11:52
Used an assembler set up so that the thing wouldn't run a person out of organic's, which are needed for other food items in addition to the fuel.
Nattcravvler 12. jan. 2021 kl. 10:10
Ahhh ok so I have to use the producer as if I was crafting components. Ill give it a go thank you.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 11. jan. 2021 kl. 16:40
its an assembler, not a refinery, tell it to make the fuel, see below
Nattcravvler 11. jan. 2021 kl. 14:35
Hello, I do not understand this mod. I have the fuel producer, and the generator, I put 1k organics into the producer and 300 steel plates, and it is doing literally nothing... can you help please.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 25. dec. 2020 kl. 22:23
sorry I dont follow, there is the fuel "assembler" and the biofuel reactors.... fuel drums are made in the biofuel assembler... think nuclear reactor and refinery.. one makes the fuel from a source, the other burns it...
cary_micheal2000 25. dec. 2020 kl. 14:10
where is the biofuel drum/tank or is it supposed to feed it automatically ?
SOBEK 30. nov. 2020 kl. 7:05
Ok thanks for info. Stay save.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 30. nov. 2020 kl. 7:01
This mod doesnt nothing with sand at all... no such change here, its another mod. The whole DNSK series has no sand at all.
SOBEK 30. nov. 2020 kl. 1:55
Just asking about this happy change in my game :)
SOBEK 30. nov. 2020 kl. 1:54
Hi. This mod change name of gravel to "send" ? Name "sand" will by better. Stay save.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 29. nov. 2020 kl. 19:23
Done.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 29. nov. 2020 kl. 18:44
Yes its on my to do list
Lonewolf 29. nov. 2020 kl. 18:16
Love it. However may need to be balanced again after last game update. Using the vanilla hydrogen generators. We now need half the ice to make gas. Then the generators are twice as efficient in the latest game update. I still prefer using this. The current advantage is organics are easier to find. I am just not sure if the amount required feels right now. Will have to play the out for a while to see how things go.
Visentinel  [ophavsmand] 30. okt. 2020 kl. 16:26
Hmmm this looks cool ! and bio-fuel is a great idea. Much cleaner than using diesel, the local wildlife will thank you.
Steve 10. okt. 2020 kl. 6:39
@Skallabjorn awesome! I should have just connected them up and discovered that myself, but good to know for sure it'll work
TurbulentTurtle 9. okt. 2020 kl. 15:34
I just do not get nearly enough organics on a foreign planet. (any planet not the Earth like one)
I mean I think adding an organics producer that eats uranium and gravel would be nice, too.
Skallabjorn  [ophavsmand] 9. okt. 2020 kl. 11:42
there are ports, on the bottom, the old models frames didnt have them visible
Steve 9. okt. 2020 kl. 10:00
This is great use of the organics that I'm slowly accumulating from DNSK!
Is it intentional that there's no conveyor ports on the producer or generator? The producer is slow enough that hand-loading it with materials isn't too much work, but curious if piping them up was on the to-do list of updates for the mod?
