She use the original 2048px textures with an custom shader to assembly the original one.

Only good body is 5 but even then, its just limited, low quality and not even any worth...

This playermodel uses the default garry's mod functions without overrides.
If the viewmodel hands didn't change, so maybe you have something that override this.

Hello, I would like to know why I can't change the bodygroup with the skin?

This is the first playermodel I have ever seen where the FP arms also change with the bodygroups. O.O
