This is the original model problem, citizens head are same as the original Enhanced Citizens V2 and HL2.

They use the default GMod citizen playermodel arms as the hand texture, maybe you possibly have a replacement for those arms?

Male 11's facial rigging is questionable, when they smile it seems that their lip is caught and only their middle teeth are shown, I am unsure why this happens

The neckline of the BM:S models seems to be bugged - the bottom of the neck does not perfectly align with the neckline of the shirt, therefore the background world appears through the narrow space between the neck and the neckline. The other ragdolls appear to be OK.

If you just need to move models into SFM - just drop them into SFM.
If you wanna put it in the workshop - you are free to do as long as you give credits to all authors.

Use Ragdoll Colorizer tool or Advanced Colour Tool for this. Default Color Tool won't work.
Make sure you don't have anything that conflicts with original playermodels textures.
Alternativly - try reinstall addon.

Also, regarding the different hair types I noticed on some of the models in your screenshots, are those separate bonemergable effects or do they come with the heads? If they come with the heads I'd be interested in those as well :3

I was in the market for all the heads your content offers, such as the black mesa heads. I have a very specific usage for these and I'd be willing to pay a fair price if this was created :D
