it should be noted that this mod seriously breaks far east pack. :) I mean in the sense that a lot of these are hard skills to unlock that are now unlocked rapidly

These drops must be pretty damn rare, because I cannot find a single one after multiple load orders, and 10 level ups.

I have LOA High Drop 2 and endless dungeon running with this mod and it is compatible. No problems at all. Change your load order and the spells are in the spell vendors, I have a mod for those as well. They also drop at randoms.

Not Compatible with LOA High Drop rate or Endless Dungeon.

OK found 4 of them by farming a special mod vendor for skill scoll... so they are drops and through special scroll vendors at random times... They have a sword icon to them and they are labeled with a prefix of "Weapon Skill:" AWESOME!!! GREAT JOB Loving it! Thank YOU!!! Please continue the development of this mod when you have the time as I am incorperating it in my mods permanently for my play times... If you put some of the inclued details that I wrote in your description it will encourage more players like myself to subscrib to your mod... THANKS! Thumbs UP!

Second, can you in your description give us a little more details? like where will these spell scroll be found? is it through vendors? or drops? and what are some specifics? I LOVE the Idea of 0 mana cost as some class I have are hard to get going the way I play... Hope this was not too much to ask? Thank You
