The last portal surface that opens up is too low for the excursion funnel to put you on top of it. There's no way to reach the ending elevator :/

Never really thought about that. It's about 5 feet shy of bouncing up there, but you'd nevertheless be blocked by the framework.

I kinda figured just a sliver of blue would do, but you can almost bounce to the elevator room, but apparently not possible.

I find gel doesn't always splatter that much when it gets to the funnel emitter. But why it's collecting I'm not sure. The only thing I see in that image is the volume of paint diminished. Which I find can happen sometimes when the reverse funnel sucks up paint for too long and the paint sprayer loses volume in output. Paint and funnels can be glitchy sometimes.

Two issues:
1. That panel on the conveyor failed to be "pre-painted" with blue gel the first time I played this map, causing me to get stuck. Interestingly, I had that same problem with Wii2's "Liquid Paint" a couple years ago, so it might be some kind of engine bug.
2. Your funnel with the two gels does not actually "splatter" the gels at the emitter, and as such they can collect into a giant glob: https://i.imgur.com/3c5geBF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/6VBrHLE.jpg

I've tested the elevator and there's no glitch. I spaced the up and down buttons as far as I could so there no overlap in aiming at them. You might have to get as close as possible and aim directly at them. I only found that going "up" requires you to get really close to it so that the down button doesn't speak when it's already down.

The keycard it's for enable the blue and orange gel. The last elevator isn't bugged for me. Try save before get into the elevator.

After I get the keycard and return it to the room that asks for it, the elevator no longer works, and not seeing any portal-able surfaces. And I can't jump down. Just watched someone's youtube video - after they get the keycard, they CANNOT use the elevator right away. Is this a glitch that I COULD use it to get back up?

I'm not sure what's up with those paint sprayers. I did put a non-portal surface under the orange so the player couldn't push it up with a blue beam and bugger it up, but that was a sideways motion. Hmm.
