You should check the identityTypes[] = and set him to identityTypes[] = {};
Cause actually it look like that

From what I understand, the dog is an unused asset from within the vanilla game and, thus, can't be found by conventional means (such as through 3den editor or Zeus). You can try searching for it in the game files and turn it into a mod for personal use if you feel inclined (and have the time) to do so, or you can simply subscribe to a mod here in the Workshop that provides the change for you.
