There is an option to use the full arsenal. By default it only allows items based on your faction. There is also an option that will choose a random weapon for you. Set it to 'full arsenal' and you should have everything available.

Really cool mod, first of yours that I try +++ But the arsenal does not work, I wish I could choose a sound suppressor.
