Sorry for letting you wait, here is the new mod, changing both abilties. :)

Keep in mind, that you should deactivate this mod, if you use those.
And I just wanted to say, if there are people interested in a mod, changing the UA and LUA from the New Frontier Pass to the ones from our version, please tell us.
And obviously, please give us feedback, if you like them, and tell us if there are any issues. :)
I'm looking forward to your new version!~
This could have caused issues with balance, of course. But one way to deal with that would be to buff some of the other civs in the game, so that they can compete with all of the new, powerful civs that the NFP has brought into the game.
Babylon's leader ability is likely the only part of their kit I'm not the biggest fan of, but I look forward to seeing how the additions from this mod mesh with the NFP version of Babylon. I'll be sure to let you guys know what I think of it!
Well, we hope too, that our additions will mesh well with the new version of Babylon. So please let us know then, what you think! :)
I remember heading people talk about what Babylon might have for their traits before they were shown off in the First Look video, and comments were made about the Government Plaza, and focusing on policies and civics.
Firaxis likely could have gone a bit further with parts of their kit, mostly the leader trait in my eyes, but I am happy that Babylon is a pretty unique civ in the game, and hopefully the additions from this modded version of Babylon will add some extra fun into playing them.
Personally, I think, like many do, that they look rather difficult for beginners, but very strong in the hands of an experienced player.
The whole kit looks interesting, and I am glad, that their Uniques are different from ours, so we can provide our Uniques in an additional mod, so people can still use them.
On the other hand, I am somewhat disappointed, that they disregarded Babylon's connection to Writing, something we tried to emphasize. They also could have done something more fitting for Hammurabi's UA, to show his influence on the creation of law. That's why we will also make a mod, bringing back the Legal Stele for him.
All in all, I think they have done a fine job with Babylon, I like the idea behind it, but I also think, they could have done something more unique to Babylon. It would be harsh to call them generic, but the abilities in particular look like something, you could have given to other civilizations too.
I think they look quite fun overall, though somewhat tricky to play with the focus on getting tons of Eurekas to make up for their -50% Science penalty.
I am glad, that we were able to portray the identity of Babylon and its leaders in a fitting way. :)
Their model remains in the city, even when Medieval Walls are built. If this displeases too many people, we look, if we can change that. And yes, their effects should stay for the entire game. :)
Thank you very much! It feels good, knowing, that we are not the only ones, who felt, they were missing. :D
@Peay Sorry, but Hammurabi in particular depends on RaF...
