So the friendly SCP-999 doesn't spawn for you because you have some addon that is incompatible with it.
The evil SCP-999 only moves if your map has a navmesh.
And at last the Friendly SCP-999 is not shown in the DRGBASE.
Because the Friendly SCP-999 only uses a simple print function to say I Love you in chat.

The friendly version does not appear when spawned in
