@Lemire: I know the difficulty of balancing quality and realism.
Your model is pretty but you can still improve its quality and reduce its weight.
9.4 Mb seems to me a lot for a small model...
Using 1024² textures (d, s, i) you should be able to go down to 4 mb.
Model like this, 256² texture just seems to be enough ; )
For a nicer finish, you should pass all the floors to "0", which allows you not to have a white line in your windows ; )

PS...Even with you optimizing the model for the game, you did a great job in likeness.

The architecture of this building is amazing, but this is one of the ugliest buildings i've ever seen in my life. 😂

Thanks, yes I am aware the reproduction is not perfect, in fact both the geometry and the textures are simplified/optimized for gaming.
