I've completely re-worked his moveset based almost entirely on his G1 Climax 2023 matches. A lot more focused on working the knee and hitting the signature big moves - Tiger Suplex, Modified Tiger Driver, German Suplex and Modified Shining Wizard. Added in the running Rolling Elbow and other new moves he's been doing. I think this edit is perfect now.

It is. This has happened once or twice to other people. Just try restarting the game or unsubbing/re-subbing to update him.

is Cyclone Whip 1 in his basic moveset or is that part of his extended moveset by chance? I'm not getting a prompt to download it all but my game appears to be fully up to date as far as I can tell.

The missing part was stretch plum facelock something but I have sorted out on my own for mine, take your time bro!
