so first your mod folder doesnt have a vpk in it only a bsp file.
to make a vpk you need to grab the folder that you have your mod in and drag it on top of vpk.exe which is located in the bin folder. you then place the vpk in the mod folder then update through blackmesapublish.exe
now to make the mod appear on the workshop tab is a little harder. to make it easy i recommend downloading one of jamaican daves maps and taking a look at his campaign folder inside his vpk. just yoink that folder place it in your mod folder edit the json so it works with your map. note the json file has to be the same name as the title inside of it otherwise it will not work. replace the picture inside of the pictures folder with your own custom one.
It's literally the map I've been waiting for since I bought the game.
