is there anyway to make animated models not move and just hold a pose?

Gonna have to use my WW2 soviets as proxies for now - I don't have the time and energy to work on Cold war soviets at the moment.

Thank you, will check this out

Robyn, the models are a bit taxing on most machines if they are displayed all together, so I put each section under a hidden zone. That might be what you are seeing. Choose the zone tool from the left to remove the hidden zones or make yourself the colour of the respective zone.

It is weird it took a long time to load but it is completely empty?
Baryonyx  [author] 23 Feb, 2022 @ 2:45pm
Probably, but it would mean a lot of work for little gain. You can also put the animated ones on bases.

Is it possible to get these as non-animated models so I can put a few of them on bases for a wargame?

Im getting a good amount of missing models too.

Papius, I checked and it works for me. Do you have problems with any other mods that use asset bundles?
Theognis 14 Mar, 2021 @ 8:02pm
Any time I try to load the assets I get the 'unsupported format' era and none of them show up

Heh, while I don't like to see myself as a God, I kind of would like to see that shrine. :steammocking:
Though, I guess it will have to wait a little bit more still.

Btw. I would personally build a shrine in your honor Bary if you ever make some Warsaw Pact (Cold War Russian) models. :<

Sir this is a wendies

Well the M43 used from 1943-1969 is the ww2 style uniform, in 1956 they adopted new shoulder boards for it, although it's not that noticeable. In 1969 they adopted the M1969 which has buttons going all the way down the front instead of halfway, and it had collar tabs, and a new type of shoulder board. Then in 1988 the used the M1988 aka the "Afghanka" cause of it's use in Afghanistan. The M1988 resembles most modern combat uniforms. For helmets it should be the SSH-40 all the way until 1968 when they adopted the SSH-68 which was used until the collapse. For weapons early infantry should have AKM assualt rifles, and RPD LMGs, for later infantry it should be AK-74s and RPK-74s. The webbing was the same from 1956-1991, other than a change of pouches and bayonets when they swapped from the AKM to AK-74. Lastly VDV, and other special forces often got camoflage KLMK over-suits, or M1988 uniforms in a 3 tone camoflage like TTSKO.

Secret Pasta, I will differentiate between uniforms if I think that the differences are noticeable enough. I will not make an entire extra version if only a button changed, though.
Chairman Mao's Chicken 6 Dec, 2020 @ 1:54am
Can't wait for Soviets, you should make some in M1969 uniforms, M1943 uniforms, and M1988 uniforms for early, mid, and late cold war.

Based as hell
Baryonyx  [author] 2 Sep, 2020 @ 3:16pm
Eventually yes, but I wanted to go elsewhere first. Also, the first Pact model pack will likely be cold war soviets.

Awesome figures, Baryonyx.
