Asteroid Artillery and Maginot worlds instantly disappear because they don't have reactors, because they are removed in this mod.

So I made a copy of this mod that re-add's those components:

It seems like Asteroid artillery will disappear after they are built, it kinda of works on some asteroids, but on ice ones they just deconstruct and nothing else can be built on them.

By any chance could you update this when you get the opportunity please kind sir or ma'am? Giga and System scale are a must have for my play throughs and I have no idea how to fix the issues with Irony Mod Manager.

Dont suppose youd consider making a patch for Elves of Stellaris, would you? I rather like the elegant beauty of their shipsets/megastructures, but like everyone else, I get the floating halo effects. Please and thank you kindly, whenever you want to do such a thing.

The Asteroid Manufactory has been reworked recently (9th of december) and this mod makes it use the old behavior. I find it strange because this mod is supposed to only scale, not change behaviors, but I disabled it and now the new Asteroid Manufactory works as intended. Also, the E.H.O.F is scaled but completely black.

Alderson Disk's don't work currently. Temporary fix is to delete the alderson_disk_2_specialisation structure, and to assign the upgrade_from attribute in the actual segment types to alderson_disk_2 instead. If done on all the types you want to access it should provide a temporary solution. - Currently testing it anyway to confirm.

yes, I just tried to build it around a class G Giant star and it does not appear correct, this will be corrected in the future. You used to only be able to build around A ,B ,F ,G ,K ,M , M Giant, and O stars. Thank you for your help and notifying me

Around Class K Giant and Class G Giant. I will try on a Class F Star.
I think it's the "Giant" that cause trouble. I see Dyson Sphere on AI stars without problem, just my 2 DS around Giant Stars that are invisible.

Il will tell you after construction of another DS around "normal" star.

What star type did you build it around? And did you build it around a "custom system" (one specified for a starter or spawned in by mod). I tested building one around a class K star and was just fine.

I actually use this mod with "Real Space - System Scale" and "Gigastructural Engineering & More (3.9)" and I have a problem with the Dyson Sphere : it is inside the star. So it's "invisible". I think the Dyson Sphere is underscale because of the upscale of stars, but idk which mod cause this.

If I recall correctly it was just to make sure things that control entity size were all relatively the same so scaling could be made easier. I don't think most circumstances it matters the original sizes reached all the way into the hundreds for some entities yet ingame they are never that planet size. Again in the future I will check this out

yes, the planet size change was intentional although may be removed in the future, again old code that I haven't had a chance to update. Will work to clean things up in the future if they are unnecessary.

So I don't know the exact files, but it's almost everything in the "common/planet_classes" category.
I also notice that this patch changes the "planet_size" min & max fields of EVERY class (even stars) to 25 & 30, respectively. I expect that is probably in error, but maybe intentional? Again, I haven't playtested yet, still resolving all conflicts, and happened across these things.

i'll have to look into this, likely is not intentional but I am not sure since some of this code is really old and may need to be updated having slipped through the cracks. If you could give me the set of files you are specifically talking about that might help. additionally the normal system scale mod doesn't touch many things while this one has to in order to scale and position megas correctly.

I use Irony Mod Manager to resolve conflicts and merge mods (strongly recommend). I noticed that this patch replaces the "icon" field of planets (and possibly other entities) with "icon frame". The base System Scale mod doesn't do this. I haven't playtested yet, but I imagine this may remove icons from most entities. Is that intentional?

I found the culprit, it's the Planetary Diveristy addon, Unique Worlds, their Crucible storyline is having issues there.

yes, a screenshot would be helpful. also enabling "tweakergui entity.names" might prove useful although if there is more than one entity on each other the names will be unreadable. Either way a screenshot helps

I seem to have a floating shield worlds, but not entirely sure from which mod, @TheCreepOfWar stated thet MEM and GPM are included in the compatibility, but with the Sparks Below Archeo site, there are two worlds that have two shields on top of each other, I can provide a screenshot of the issue if needed.

i have load mod order (from top to bottom) : real space - real space system scale - gigastructures

seems all scaling fine but the second ringworld from center, star lifter and dyson sphere size are not changing.

Update on the EHOF difficulties: Gigastructures was above Real Space in the load order, which resulted in Real Space overwriting a vital Gigastructures graphics file (gfx\FX\pdxmesh.shader). Ensuring that the Gigastructures version of the file is given priority fixes the problem.

The Event Horizon Offset Facility is graphically broken. It appears as a darkened silhouette of its shape. This is certainly the case for the broken version and the first functional tier; I cannot confirm from experience whether the upgraded versions are also visually glitched.
