Its a mod that improves weapon animations and it adds glowing eyes for combine and the glow in the pic is the glow from MMOD for the hunter

@dumbass123 well you can go to the video settings, and set HDR to full, and to make it even better, i suggest downloading extended render.

This addon does not work for gmod. It was made for Half life 2 ep2 and some of the files do not work when put on gmod even though they use the same engine. So to put in short, this addon does not work and will probably never will...

also regarding the flashlight eyes,

I'm pretty sure the photos here have been edited with some sort of photoshop.
Unless it is a old mod that was used for the photo(s), but this is unlikely because there already is one the steam workshop that does not give the flashlight effect it just give it a "glowing orb" for eyes.
