Love this road except that overflowing grass thing on each side. default pavement decals on buildings get messed up if you place them next to this road.

Nevermind... I think 81 tiles was causing a conflict. I was having trouble with a bunch of new assets until I unsubscribed and resubscibed.

This causes loading screen to hang up at "Daynight Properties".

good roads, but theres a problem - light dummies cause many props (including trees and cars) flicker and disappear at certain distance

Whenever I select this road in the menu, the game freezes for about 1 - 2 minutes. Is this asset causing the problem

Loading Screen mod is reporting some missing road cracks and patches. Is that normal? Is there something else I should've subscribed to but didn't maybe?

@kidblock08 Lights can be placed with Network Skins 2...I decided not to include them by Default because Lights will appear in the middle of driveways all the time. That doesn't fit to big Suburbs

I really loved this road in my new neighborhoods! And then the night time came and I realized there were no streetlights and had to replace the roads with normal ones.

ASSET UPDATE:

- bugfix: bus stops now work properly
- dummy street lights added (lights can be added with Network Skins 2)

@Senor Mustacho No, they use vanilla signs but I will release one that matches BIG Roads over the next few days!!!

Does this mod use the same roadsigns as the Big Roads? If so, roadsigns are not showing up on my part. Made an all left turning road, but it doesnt show the roadsign. Same goes for stopsigns.

Do these lower sound pollution/raise land value like the vanilla roads with trees? each time I upgrade other roads with these roads the little unhappy face icon appears over the surrodunding houses...

This is awesome! The only problem I have is setting up my bus lines. It only lets me place bus stops on one side of the road.

@michael_ragsdale curves will be very problematic with this Setup. The only possibility would be a defined curve radius or a new setup. But that street really looks interesting. The only problem is that I have to stick to the grid and therefore the only widths possible are 10m and 26m. Here I have a 10m Road (2x3m lanes and 2x2m parking)

Looking forward to being able to curve the roads "properly" as well as larger suburban roads. For example, here is Beaufain Boulevard where I used to live. Speed limit 25 MPH, parking allowed, but no passing. https://goo.gl/maps/mLnGfeb76HBRkAZL8

@sixx I can't because the buildings and the streets are independent. The street doesn't know where a building or a garage or a driveway is. So you'll have to live with that or plop every light manually....

@sixx yes it is important for the night view but the problem is that there will be lights directly in front of a garage or a driveway and that'll look really bad. I will do an update after I released BIG Roads and I will add a dummy light so that you can change it with Network Skins 2!

cuz zero light at night for a community is a little weird, for me.

And u know the light from houses are not bright as What it looks like in reality,so the road light is important for the night view..

@ hockenheim95 - I second adding the Dummy lights, there is always move it to move around the nods to move the lights. Living in a suburb myself I can tell you there isn't one single residential road IN the suburbs that would use this type of road that there are zero lights to be found anywhere. I can tell you that in my area power lines only run down the main streets, otherwise subdivisions and residential streets are mostly connected with power box junctions with underground cabling running to the actual houses themselves so they are hidden. Lights in these areas are just spread out much much further. So I would like to put lights up where I want them and adjust the distance with NS2 for sure. :) :)

@Coles Team member There is no option for street Lights now because it would look really bad to have one in the middle of a driveway and most Suburbs have none or only attached to Power lines. But If there's demand I can add a Dummy light that you can replace with Network Skins 2.

What do you mean with compatible with Network expansions?
