You probably have a Mac I'm guessing; for some reason the skin does not work on Mac. Not sure how a skin became Mac incompatible but it did.

Not entirely sure why the skin would turn to red like that, the only different is the insignia is contained within the same texture file to reduce lag

HI king, i find on mac if u turn the video to "fastest" the independence army skin will turn to red, i really want to play this skin pack but my mac will be laggy if i turn above "fast", so could u fix that plz :)
