my undestanding is that the volume is percentage meaning that 1.0 is 100% percen loudness, i have no idea why author decided to set it to 110%. the game recognises it as 10% in my opinion.
this change has fixed the game for me, maybe author will comeback and correct it, otherwise feel free to edit the files however you like since it is your computer. bye bye
