Can't Saadabaad pact with Iraq/Afghanistan. This makes your game less historical. Could you be so kind to adopt the mod for the recent changes? Maybe make it equivalent to what you did with Trials of Allegiance.

What is the command for these laws? I would love to be able to put these laws on puppets I conquer. In-fact, being able to tag to the country, click a decision, and tag back would be very cool to make the process faster than typing commands. And since countries like Austria are not industrialized, change the name to something like "steady growth" instead of unindustrialized, but I dont want to ask for too much.

@mnk_ It works with R56 in a sense that it will apply the restrictions. But it does not cater specifically to R56's tags (or any other tags not present in vanilla), so it might not be a perfect fit.

I think if there is any player in South America then no shackles should be placed on countries in South America. I just did a playthrough in South America with this mod on and before doing anything I had to use the TAG command to take control of each south American country so I could remove the shackles. Otherwise leaving the shackles on would have made uniting South America too easy. Just a thought :)

I haven't had the time to adapt the mod to the DLC yet. But im leaning towards still restricting those countries if: a) controlled by the AI, and, b) historical focuses are on.

South America is no longer irrelevant to the war thus the mod shouldn't restrict South America.

Of course it's incompatible with Millennium Dawn, it targets specific countries, many of which either don't exist or may have different tags in Millennium Dawn. Just a general rule of thumb, if it targets a specific country, it's likely incompatible with any mod that changes the countries that are on the map.

@skullblits just use the decision to remove shackles once you start the game.
