I have noticed something with the huacas and I am not sure if it is a feature or a glitch. My understanding from the description is that when a huaca is built, one population is sacrificed from the city that built it. However, I have noticed that the game removes one population from every single city in my empire. So late game, I lose 10+ population overall for each new huaca I build! I am not sure if this was happening in my earlier games.
I was wondering if this is supposed to happen?
