what sort of entrance roads do you have in mind? Do you have a real world example, perhaps? I myself use the roads without special arrows as entrance lane, simply because that's what they look like in my home country (The Netherlands) like here [www.google.nl]. When it come to merging from five to four lanes, I recommend using Intersection Marking Tool to make it look the way you'd like
