Yeah it can work in skirmish and campaign.

Screwed up the uploading of the mod, it should appear in the setup mods now. You may have to start a new game sadly though to use the mod.

How do I spawn with the skin? My graycollar soldier has 12k+ exp and I'm still getting the regular same old one.
