Folks telling us to make this Halloween-restricted need to know that's not something we have a say in, unfortunately; there's been workshoppers that've left notes on cosmetics intended to be holiday-restricted, only for them to be added as allyear items, and then adding more neutral items as Halloween exclusives.

That's a decision purely made by Valve & their personal preferences; that's not something we have any say in, unfortunately.

@gamer720 if it's of any reassurance, any cosmetic that's marked Halloween just means that the cosmetics are intended for Scream Fort updates when the time comes.

this is shit, if you shown me this i wouldn't know it would be engineer at first glance, this is a transformer, not the engineer, i don't see why this is getting a lot of praise, your making the engineer something he is not, sure he is a engineer but not a fucking transformer, we already have enough engineer cosmetics that make him some sort of machine, we don't need more
