Thanks for letting me know! I've updated the description to indicate it is not currently working with saved games. Not going to make any promises, but if I find the time and/or motivation to install and troubleshoot it I'll update.

Doesn't appear to be save game compatible anymore, tried it with 2 campaigns 3/4 turns and no change (for ref its the only mod i have running)

Conor69. That's interesting. I have tested it on saved games and it worked. It just took a turn for it to go into effect. If I find the time I'll re-install and test again.

Seems to work on new games but is not save-game compatible.

Do you have any other mods installed? Have you tried moving it up in the mod order? I tested it on the 4th and it was still working fine for me.

Try moving it up in the mod order. Otherwise there may be some other mod that it isn't compatible with. I just tested it on several different start dates and it is working for me.

Dabok, I tested with a 190 campaign with Shamoke. It looks like it is working alright. It could be an issue of mod order, or a conflicting mod. What other mods are you running? I might be able to help figure out where the conflict is.

Dabok, I have to re-download the game. Processor took a turn for the worse and is no longer with me on my PC. So I'll get it set up on my laptop and give it a test.

Hey there! Love your Unlocked and Instant reforms mod. It's working as of this date.

But this one doesn't seem to work though? If you have time, could you confirm whether this works or not for the base campaign (190)? I'm playing as Nanman (Shamoke)

SpeCt3r1995 should take effect right away.

TheSilverShadow - it should only be single player. Although, I have not tested multi-player at all.

=CBK= Davanis How many turns did it usually take to take effect? I gave it maybe five or so before stopping and trying a new game.

SpeCt3r1995. That's interesting, I may not have tested it with pre-existing save files. I thought I did and it seemed to work after a couple of turns. I'll have to revisit that.

Having the same problem as @Rex. Works just fine with Radious when placed above it in the load order and introduced to a new save file, but doesn't seem to be save game compatible from what I can tell.

if this mod conflicts with another mod and the stats change just set this mod to higher priority by putting it higher on the list of mods than whatever mod is causing the conflict.

Cel - it doesn't surprise me. Radious modifies a lot of things that these small mods would conflict with.

wedelchase. That could very well be caused by this. I'll take a look and try a few things this week. It might not be fixable since the character is still technically part of your faction so it applies to them still.

Idk if it is this mod it was just my 1st guess, but i can't use spies anymore they are getting 100 satisfaction when sent out

Works when I start a new campaign. But doesn't seem to work when I load a save game. Any way to make it work on an existing save game?
