As well as making it a player model mod for TF2 itself. Would definitely go great with the SFM model as a combination for more high-polyed goodness. :)

Hey, erm... I don't mean to nitpick, but if you're looking to improve this, proper bone angle and placement would be a plus. As it stands the bip_head bone has to be rotated at a 0 -90 -90 angle after bonemerging, and then the hat still noticeably clips through the Scout's hair in two spots. It's nothing I can't work around, I'm really thankful this even exists. I just thought I'd mention it in case it's not too much trouble to fix ;)
