The wheels on the rear drive bogie wiggle a bit as if they were not centered properly

I feel like because the jackshaft is split (like a duplex or articulated locomotive) the proper wheel arrangement would be a 4-4-4-4, A 4-8-4 would have a jackshaft spanning all 8 wheels

@MKH1020 looking into it, yes you're right the Fell did have 3 Can windows as far as I can see
