I've updated the character, as requested Tarm now has more killmoves, but I also made some other few changes, I highly encourage you to look at the patch notes for more infos.

I've slightly buffed Tarm's air momentum, it's still bad to give some purpose to fspecial

The idea for the character was to make him struggle a lot while in the air, while still having aerial movement option thanks to fspecial.
I might still buff Tarm's air speed if it really feels too slow.

Very nice moveset. I like him a lot (especially down special). But his main weakness is hes problem. He's just TOO slow. Just buff his air momentum a little please. I really like this one(
