It's a 2D skybox, there is no skybox area on this map.
Changed the skybox and added 2 lights and 2 props. I did this sketchy, you can get a better result.
It is possible to light the entire map. It'll probably slow down your system but it IS possible. Increasing the range, fov and intensity will do it.
It's not possible to make light cover the entire map, but you can use tricks with lights with volumetrics enabled, or particles to cover up unlit areas.
