For anyone wondering these were the sounds i could find so far:
Ambient
Picking up weapons, ammo, armor, etc.
Destruction
transport sound/footsteps
weapon firing sounds
sound of a shell falling
water sounds
explosion sounds
impact sound ragdolls and props
bullets hitting metal sound
gravity gun sounds
sounds for crowbar
fall damage sounds

Translation might not be accurate but whatever:
This addon adds sounds from "Smod Tactical Redux" to "Garry's Mod"

Changed sounds:

Ambient,
