that is due to the new unturned update it will be fixed relatively soon

stuff is not spawning and some buildings are gone in the new areas

the changes like removing civ item spawns, and making safezone in kent and everett were a decision made to improve the pvp experience

This map is not good at all the only thing that has changed is that a few locations were swaped to a different area no new locations at all!
