is it normal for the stahlhelm to barely give any protection against anything? i get that in real life it was mainly used against shrapnel, but still, it feels very underpowered. im using CE btw, might be the issue?

Copy all files and back to 2230122457\Defs\ThingDefs_Misc and paste.

haven't played in a while, but IIRC stuff is shown in order of layers. Maybe try making it webbing layer?

huh yeah U were right, wasn't so difficult :D
but now I have the problem that the Zeltbahn is shown over the belt layer. Any idea how I can fix that?

would be better if the Zeltbahn would be an upper layer clothing and not middle layer, so pawns could wear flak wests under it...

It works, but the main menu will say it isnt compatible. But you can play with them anyways and theres no issue, aside from your OCD punching you repeatedly in the face whenever you view the mods list.
