Having a visual bug on a server im playing on with this mod where for me, I cant walk through the doors, open or closed.

What was changed with Airtight Hangar Doors this update that broke all the mods? I think you're the only modder that solved the mystery, kudos btw!

Hi, this mod looks great and most importantly it is updated with the new version of the game.

I was using the Retractable Glass Hangar Door mod

but it is no longer up to date.

My question : are you planning to add a glass version ?

The other mod was great with its flat glass and catwalk version.

it could just be mean by testing the base game they place close that might be why all the hanger mod don't work no more

I am already aware these doors are visually broken as of 1.205 (Contact). There's no ETA on a fix; Keen has not mentioned what changed about hangar doors, and trial and error is yielding nothing as of yet.

To clarify, when using these doors (and alot of doors mod or not) as part of an airlock system, a long ongoing bug with airtightness can cause what should be a pressurized room to register as not pressurized, and this status will spread to connecting rooms if a door is opened in between the bugged "not airtight" room and the one that is considered pressurized. The only way to fix this status is a server restart.

Is there any way to add an option to the doors to not count towards Airtightness? Using them on large structures triggers the keen air bug sadly

@Ki Shuya It looks like the server didn't download the mod correctly. You may need to manually uninstall, then reinstall it.

@CobraZeroX That's strange. This mod doesn't add anything except hangar doors, which have a low UPS cost.

I'm having an issue with my UPS dropping to extremely low numbers occasionally after adding this mod to my world. Removal of this mod fixes it. Not sure if its a conflict, or a possible issue.
In case it is a conflict, my mod list is {Camera Panning; Definition Extension API; Drilling Rig with Sifter; Energy Shields; NoDrawH2; Ore Detector++; Paint Gun; Text HUD API; Water Mod}

So this mod just crashed my Server with this error in the logs.

I had built the Large Grid Hanger Door 2^ and after I was enabling Anyone Can Use (which worked on the first 2 doors) the 3rd door crashed. Just figured I'd report it here.

Thanks for the reply. I've done a bit more testing based on your response and you can indeed pass through vanilla hangar doors as well. However my friend also couldn't see the door closing. Being we had working hangar doors already on the base I ruled out the only difference. I have confirmed closing through build vision does not affect the closed status visually for others and allows things to pass through it. However making a button to open and close it fixes both the visual issue and no longer able to pass through it.

@travis200270 I've been able to replicate this issue. It also appears to affect vanilla hangar doors, so I'm not sure I can fix it on my end.

This is the best hangar door mod I could find. However, I'm seeing an issue of being able to pass straight through them. Both characters and ships can go right through without any hesitation at all. They look great and render fully, Any idea on this collision issue?

You're a lifesaver. I've been wracking my brain trying to find a way to make a 3x4 or 3x3 or 3x5 door, any of which would work for my build, and none of which seem possible with keen blocks, or even the popular gate mods. It's absurd!

I am also experiencing issues where parked ships near a door will suffer random damage/part removal on game load, even when there seems to be a good amount of clearance.

i have no idea how but clang still doesnt like wheels on those doors lol. i did the open and close thing as suggested and i was allowed to pass over them once, i tried passing over them again and clang just wouldnt have any of it. so sticking to only using these when they are installed in my ceiling. just happy that there is a quick load for these moments, a bit of an issue for servers tho...

Heya, great gates! Would you mind adding some deformation flags to them, so they don't explode when attached armor blocks deform? These are the flags I am referring to:
<DeformationRatio>0.4</DeformationRatio>
<UsesDeformation>true</UsesDeformation>
If you add them in the cubeblocks.sbc it'll prevent the deformation damage from the armor blocks from "popping" the gates. I can go into more detail, but seeing as you have over double the hours i do in SE you probably know what I am talking about!

anyone else getting problems with sensors linking up to things like doors? I have a set of 3x3 hangar doors on my earth base which are linked up and work perfectly, however the 5X5 doors are only responding to player presence drifting towards them and not ships :( having the same problem with a seperate hangar mod that adds x32 doors

Just thanks for your mod, I use it almost everywhere in my ship, for large hangar doors, but also to close all external opening during fights, and to block internal passage also. Thanks you so much.
Ok, sometime, parked fighter nearby blow away when I load the game, but if doors are open at that time, it’s Ok.

I just took a small ship through an open hangar door. I had slightly over 2.5m space on either side, and it just yeeted the ship across the base, destroying the ship and most of the base.

I know you're probably more frustrated by this than I will ever be, but I just can't use it like this. I'll have to wait until you figure out a way to fix the collision issues.

@Kaito Yes. Unfortunately, I cannot use the correct collision format until a plugin update is released.
