I kinda like it because the color scheme reminds me of the early 80s, but man they're way way too flat. For the black texture, sample it off of like Demo's vest or something. The green could be shifted more towards the "Mann's Mint" paint can, and the pink should also probably be changed to something like the Balloonicorn's pink colors cheme. I would try using the Waterlogged Labcoat for the white regions and see how it turns out. But if you tweaked the color scheme on this it'd look pretty nice honestly.
