I could see the spider free version becoming it's own item with a bit of tweaking, maybe by removing the red goggles and replacing them with shades and smoothing out the web interior to be flat instead. The spider version is just too much and yet sits on that border of not being silly enough for a jack-o-lantern case. I'd recommend scrapping the Spider version, tweaking the interior of the hood to be flat, and leaving the red goggles if you insist upon a spider themed hood, just to hang onto a small bit of the original theme.
