Then this interaction option will be shown, but on the menu of any character without condition.
So I copied another piece of code from an original document of the game to substitude for the deleted, just in "00_courtier_and_guest_interactions.txt" that

To paste this piece in addition can have the same limit as which you author wanted functionally——I've tested a few times, and it looks working properly
Moreover, there seems to be some redundant code in the file and I think you might haven't deleted those, not on purpose, which may not be loaded or word in fact.
Thanks for the tip on how to achieve it though. But still, external mod will be much appriciated (for easier multiplayer setups).

but beware your game will be unbalanced since you removing the opposite effect of a trait so the AI might exploit that.
And if you have reveller trait (or any other similiar that you get from feasts) you can't make decision to accept celibate (which is avalible through medicine lifestyle tree).
It kinda ruins all the need in this lifestyle perk completely and I can't find any mod that would remove that restriction.
It is kind of vanilla way of contraception for me.
