This edit was just essentially completely re-done from scratch with a more up to date moveset and signature moves from FPW and others. Someone asked why it's listed as "Rainmaker-Style Tour of the Islands" and not just "Ripcord Tour of the Islands" and it seems like the former is what NJPW World commentators and Japanese Wikipedia called it, probably because he started doing it during his feud with Okada. Enjoy!

@Staubhold Thanks! Actually, that is just the name I have to the Regal Plex I have in his moveset (using the move renamer in the ModPack). No one has made an Athletic-Plex yet.

@The Robot Devil Interesting, will try it out. A buddy of mine said the Misawa face by HeyPreezy looked decent too. Will try out Rocky later.

I took a look at some other possible options, and I really like the "Rocky Romero-3" face on your creation! It gives him a bit less of an Asian look and more of the the Pacific Islander look.
