Partisans could lack a jetpack but cost half for a good swarming actor

Sniper Rifle had been used by Alyx (and she is Resistance member) in both Episode 1 and 2. And in Ep.2 Sniper Rifle is installed on rebel outpost, so I decided to take it instead of crossbow. Only Gordon Freeman ever used it.

I think the Sniper Rifle should be replaced with the Crossbow
